Home Visiting Survey

 


The Colorado Home Visiting Task force is surveying parents and caregivers as part of an effort to improve and expand home visitation in the state. If you, or people you work with, meet the criteria below, please take a few minutes to complete the survey. The survey is confidential, takes about 10 minutes to complete, and is available in English and Spanish. The deadline is next Wednesday, January 27, 2021. 

The Task Force would like to hear from parents or caregivers with children ages 0 to 6 years of age who:

  • Received home visiting services
  • Have not received home visiting services
  • Were offered services, but later declined or were denied

WEBINAR: Impact of Child Sexual Abuse

 Learning opportunity presented by the Region IV Public Health Training Center:




Child sexual abuse prevention starts with knowledge and awareness of the problem. This webinar provides professionals who work with children and families an overview of the issue as well as tools and strategies to create safer environments for children in both a professional and personal setting. The webinar will cover practical actions adults can take to reduce instances of child sexual abuse in their organizations, families, and communities, and will give participants information about evidence-informed training programs available to deepen knowledge and enhance skill building to prepare adults to speak up and prevent sex abuse.
